遺傳病、罕見病基因檢測導讀：

張愛軍，教授， 國際有很高知名度生殖專家。擅長卵母細胞漿內(nèi)單精子注射、體外受精-胚胎移植、胚胎活檢、胚胎冷凍、自存精子冷凍等各項輔助生殖技術實驗室技術?，F(xiàn)任上海交通大學附屬瑞金醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科學博士生導師。

張愛軍教授簡介：

張愛軍，生殖醫(yī)學中心實驗室主任，副主任技師，1998年畢業(yè)于山東大學生命科學院細胞及分子生物學專業(yè)。從事人類輔助生殖技術實驗室工作至今，掌握胚胎學、生殖醫(yī)學、遺傳學等專業(yè)理論知識，熟練卵母細胞漿內(nèi)單精子注射、體外受精-胚胎移植、胚胎活檢、胚胎冷凍、自存精子冷凍等各項輔助生殖技術實驗室技術。作為主要技術骨干，早期參與了瑞金醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學中心的設計和籌建；中心建成之后，認真完成實驗室各項質(zhì)控工作，同時培訓相關技術人員，為順利開展臨床工作奠定了良好的基礎。在迎接衛(wèi)生部專家的評審與復評審工作中，盡職盡責，使生殖醫(yī)學中心順利通過衛(wèi)生部的檢查，獲得開展人類輔助生殖技術的資質(zhì)做出了突出貢獻。工作中建立了系統(tǒng)有效的實驗室質(zhì)控程序和嚴格的胚胎發(fā)育潛能評估系統(tǒng)，取得了良好的臨床效果。平時積極配合臨床，開展新技術、新項目，不斷豐富臨床診斷資料，其中改良機械法輔助孵化透明帶切口方式改善卵母細胞漿內(nèi)單精子注射方式的研究，作為新技術分別在中華醫(yī)學成立大會和亞洲男科學大會上交流。曾先后到新加坡國立大學和香港中文大學生殖中心參觀學習。作為課題負責人，目前承擔上海市科委自然基金課題1項；作為主要研究人員，參與國家自然基金和上海市科委重大課題各1項，近3年在國家核心期刊發(fā)表相關學術論文10余篇。曾獲2004年度瑞金醫(yī)院先進員工獎。
